All orders are covered by our 30 Day return policy. All returns authorized by TB-500.com are subject to a processing fee of 20% of the order total and must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate warehouse. All products must be returned unopened and in resalable condition. Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Contact Support@TB-500.com prior to making a return for an authorization number and further instructions.
