Mediator® Phosphatidic Acid (PA)
Mediator® PA was demonstrated in a university study to provide double the muscle mass gain in subjects that were engaged in weight training and consumed a protein rich diet. Phosphatidic Acid, when accompanied with weight training and adequate protein intake, significantly activates mTOR (Mammalian Target of Rapamycin). mTOR is necessary for muscle growth (hypertrophy) as it regulates protein synthesis (protein translated into new muscle).

Epicatechin enhances muscle growth by increasing production of Follistatin, a powerful natural anabolic, which supports muscle growth by inhibiting myostatin signaling.
